Nadia Victoria
Strategic Advisor for International Market Development & Process Excellence
Nadia Victoria is responsible for building quality and management systems for internationally operating corporations – holding a Master’s degree in International Business Development and over 14 years of leadership experience at the intersection of Peru and Germany. Her career path took her from an apprenticeship in foreign trade, through heading the controlling department of an educational group in Lima, to strategic consulting for a Peruvian export promotion planning centre. Most recently, as an interim manager, she led the introduction of an ISO 9001 quality management system at a South American corporation with multiple locations – from the initial assessment through process documentation to successful certification. Her core strength: combining Latin American market knowledge with German process discipline to develop sustainable, actionable strategies for her clients that actually work in everyday practice.
Ralph Rother
Interim Management, Restructuring & International Sales
Ralph Rother takes charge of restructuring and crisis projects wherever strong leadership and fast decisions matter. His career path led him from studying physics through roles in marketing, personnel development, and event management, all the way to sales leadership in the space industry: as Head of Sales, he was responsible for the international sales of technologically complex solutions and built up solid export expertise. From 2011, as Branch Manager in the temporary staffing sector, he took charge of several locations and, at a rail vehicle manufacturer, led a shift-based team of mechanics and electricians through the introduction of new vehicle generations. His leadership commitment is also reflected in his voluntary work: for two and a half years, as chairman of an owners’ association, he led the construction phase of 61 terraced houses and, after the developer’s insolvency, organised the complete completion of all outstanding work within a few months.
